MEET THE TEAM

With more than 35 years of experience in the construction and blasting industry, Tom Greiwe leads Demtech as a President who is as present in the field as he is in the office. His career began with boots on the ground—as a driller, then a blaster—and that same approach still defines how he leads today. Since stepping into his leadership role in 2019, Tom has stayed actively involved on the job site, working alongside the team to keep operations running smoothly and safely. He brings deep technical knowledge, strong instincts, and a commitment to doing things the right way—whether he’s building project bids, reviewing estimates with the team, overseeing logistics, or tackling complex challenges. Tom also plays a key role in business development, maintaining lasting relationships with clients, manufacturers, and agency partners. Beyond Demtech, he’s an active member of the International Society of Explosive Engineers and several other industry groups, helping to push the industry forward in areas like safety, training, and practical innovation. Outside of work, Tom enjoys hunting—but he’s especially passionate about sharing the experience with others, particularly those new to it.

Matt McEntire brings a decade-plus of blasting expertise with a distinctive passion for creative problem-solving. After transitioning into demolition blasting, Matt discovered a new outlet for his talent—treating each blast as both a technical challenge and an art form. Licensed in eight states, he’s involved in every stage from bidding to execution, using innovative techniques in shot design. Matt’s approach is defined by his analytical thinking and a strong foundation in general blasting knowledge. His favorite part of the job is turning complex structural puzzles into clean, efficient demolitions. Personally, Matt finds strength and inspiration in his wife, who has been his unwavering support. He also enjoys outdoor adventures like hiking and river floating, which help him recharge. With thoughtful precision and a creative edge, Matt contributes significantly to Demtech’s reputation for excellence.

Rodrigo G. Roman applies two decades of Marine Corps experience to his work at Demtech, where structure, accountability, and sharp attention to detail define his approach. As Project Manager and Estimator, he supports the planning and analysis that keep explosive demolition projects moving forward—crafting estimates, reviewing job logistics, and producing high-quality blast footage and documentation. His behind-the-scenes work ensures that critical visuals and information are accurate and useful for both clients and team members. Rodrigo has a deep appreciation for clear processes and thoughtful preparation, and he’s committed to continuously improving the tools and workflows that support field teams. He also finds purpose beyond the office, giving back through nonprofit organizations that help veterans and first responders reconnect through outdoor adventures. Rodrigo’s thoughtful mindset and steady presence contribute in meaningful ways to the foundation of every successful project.

Affectionately nicknamed “Jolly Roger,” Bryan Rogers brings more than 19 years of hands-on explosive demolition experience to his role as Lead Estimator. A former Combat Engineer in the U.S. Army with EOD training, Bryan has built his expertise through roles ranging from blaster to shop manager. His passion lies in the precision and technical aspects of blast design and cost estimation. With numerous state blasting licenses and a Phase 1 EOD certification, Bryan is known for executing demolitions with safety, efficiency, and accuracy. He plays a critical role in shaping successful projects from the planning phase onward. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys hunting and fishing with his family, embracing the same care and focus in the outdoors as he does on the job. His deep technical knowledge and steady presence make him a valued part of the Demtech team.

Bryan Bailey brings a unique blend of field experience and steady precision to his role as Driller and Blaster. After spending ten years in law enforcement, he transitioned into heavy construction through operating equipment on large infrastructure projects. His early work—including drilling and blasting at lock and dam sites—helped build the foundation for his expertise in controlled demolition. At Demtech, Bryan is responsible for developing drill patterns and selecting the appropriate types and amounts of explosives for concrete and steel structures. He is licensed in six states and holds OSHA 10- and 30-hour certifications. Bryan approaches each project with a sharp focus on safety and technical accuracy. Known for his calm presence and dependable work ethic, he brings consistency and care to every job. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with family in the great outdoors. His measured, no-nonsense approach has made him a trusted part of the Demtech team.

With more than 30 years of experience in accounting, Marsha Kirk brings a steady hand and sharp eye to Demtech’s financial operations. Her career has spanned government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and private industry—giving her a broad perspective and a problem-solving mindset that fits perfectly in a fast-moving, technical environment. At Demtech, she manages the day-to-day financial functions, helping guide operations through clarity, organization, and strategic insight. What sets Marsha apart is not just her expertise, but her curiosity. Before working with Demtech, she thought a “magazine” was something you flipped through—not something that houses explosives. Now, she’s fascinated by the explosive demolition world and takes pride in the behind-the-scenes role she plays in making each project a success. Known for her dry humor, quiet determination, and love of learning, Marsha is an integral part of the Demtech team—and proof that even finance can spark something powerful.
